In this workshop you’ll learn the five dos and one don’t everyone should know. You’ll receive up to date resources as well as an exit quiz to help determine your specialty services. We’ll also take time during the workshop to sign up for SAM, CAGE code and DUNS number registration.

In this workshop, we'll go over:

  • Find your tribe - How to utilize your outside resources
  • Alphabet - Learn to speak the language of the government
  • WORKSHOP your SAM-CAGE-DUNS
  • SPF so that you don’t burn! Specialize! Publicize! Formalize!
  • WHAT NOT TO DO - When to swipe left!

Theresa Tumminia is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. What started out as paralegal work in 2006 has led to outsourcing and consulting for multimillion dollar contract companies like European Eco Construction and New York Health and Hospitals. By 2009 Theresa had over 13 years of experience in assisting businesses to achieve Federal Contract readiness from start to finish. She has worked extensively with small businesses, small to large construction companies and certified protected class looking to do Federal Contracting. She believes that no business should fail due to overwhelming “red tape”. Her goal is always to show you how so that you can do for yourself.

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees. 

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX. 

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to: Jenny Day at scorefw@gmail.com. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
