*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*

Survive another dayThat’s what’s on small business owners minds. Owning and operating a small business can be overwhelming and frustrating. But with the help of SCORE mentors and your peers, you will see it can also be rewarding and successful.

This workshop will give you a common language to use and to work through today’s new world business challenges. The message is: There are six simple concepts. If you get these right, you'll not only be viable going forward but also better positioned for success in the future. Once the foundation is laid and common language exists, innovation and creativity are outcomes you’ll be able to maximize.

Learn key concepts that are fundamental to your business success centered around the following themes:

  • Operate - Trend Your Numbers
  • Navigate - The Business Life Cycle
  • Communicate - Your Core Value
