Federal HUBZone Overview

*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*

Are you in a HUBZone?  Learn how to find out and what it means if you want to sell your product or service to the U. S. Government!

The HUBZone program fuels the growth of small businesses in historically underutilized business zones (HUBZones) by providing certification for preferential access to federal contracts. The federal government has a goal to award at least 3 percent of all federal contracting dollars to HUBZone-certified small businesses each year.

HUBZones provide an opportunity for federal contracting assistance to qualified small business concerns located in historically underutilized business zones.  They represent an effort to increase employment opportunities, investment, and economic development in these designated areas.

In this workshop we will discuss:

  • Purpose
  • Eligibility
  • Early Engagement Initiative (EEI)
  • HBZ Help

This is a free webinar but registration is required. After registering, your confirmation email will contain information about joining the webinar.
