Chefs in the Field A Pig Roast at Hope Farms
Join us for Chefs in the Field: A Pig Roast and celebrate fall's bounty and great weather at Hope Farms. Just 10 minutes from downtown, you'll feel transported to the middle of the countryside.
We will begin the evening in the Chefs' Garden with Treaty Oak Bourbon cocktails, St Arnold Brewing Company beer and tasty bites from our chef brigade. Some will leave after cocktails, but most of us will then gather at our harvest tables in the Gathering Barn where notable Houston chefs Erin O'Leary Stewart, Tommy Laczynski, Mayank Istwal and Shivek Suri will present their multi-course meal crafted from the bounty of Hope Farms' fields and local makers--including Jolie Vue Farms pasture raised pork and Brothers Produce. A selection of matched wines curated by Monopole and St. Arnold Beer will complement the meal. Get your tickets today!
