SHARE! Advanced Peer Specialist Training is a free class for peers in the mental health system. It consists of three consecutive courses:
Participants will earn a certificate for each course they successfully complete.

Friday-Saturday January 12 to February 24, 2018. The dates are: Jan. 12 & 13; Jan 26 & 27; Feb. 9 & 10 and Feb. 24, 2018. Friday classes will be from 11 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday classes will be from 9 to 3:30 pm except for the last class, Feb. 24, which will be from 11 am to 5:30 pm
ALSO ON THURSDAYS STARTING JANUARY 18: SHARE! also offers this three-course series in conjuction with Loyola Marymount University with a focus on Transition-Age Youth--intended for transition-age youth and parent partners. This class, Peer Specialist to Youth, which has a different schedule, will also be held at SHARE! Culver City. This class has a separate registration process. Trainers
To earn certificate, students must attend each class, complete homework assignments, conduct field investigations, attend self-help support groups and pass a final examination.
