Nonviolent Communication Workshop at TKL

Join us to be part of a compassionate community learning together how to speak from the heart; practice deep, non judgmental listening; and build self empowerment from the inside out. 

NVC offers transformational processes to support the journey from human to hamane by providing clear tools for healing and reconciliation of warring parts within our psyche, for emerging into our wholeness, for consistently re-connecting with our authenticity, and for practicing the gift of mindful and compassionate prescense for ourselves and others. - Stephanie Bachmann Mattei

We are offering an entire NVC introductory program, which will consist of two full days February 16th and April 5th from 11am - 4pm and then four 2 hour follow up/practice zoom sessions with Stephanie on Wednesday eveings at TKL  March. Come for whatever you can make and are interested in attending. This registration is for Feb 16th ONLY. 

Vegetarian Lunch will be included with full day attendance. Each full day (Feb 16 & April 5th) is $65 or $50 for members. You may attend the morning session only for $20. The 2 hour zoom sessions in March are $20 per session or $15 for members. 

This entire NVC program will be led by Stephanie Bachmann Mattei, a certified trainer and assessor with the Center for Nonvioelnt Communication. Based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg.
