Taking the Essence - Discovering the Light Of The Path Retreat (Via Zoom) with Venerable Détchèn

Light of the Path (LOP) Retreat is a series of lamrim retreats led by Lama Zopa Rinpoche based on Lama Atisha's Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment.

Rinpoche has emphasized the need to review what he has previously taught. This series of teachings with Vén. Détchèn is ideal to plant the seed to be able to attend the next LOP Retreat.

Each class will include a presentation of one of the topics most dear to Rinpoche: What is the source of all happiness? How to take the essence of each moment? Smashing the delusions..., a guided meditation and practical tools to be implemented in daily life.

Bio:  Vén. Lobsang Détchèn was born in the suburbs of Paris in 1980 and ordained in 2006, Ven. Détchèn met the Dharma in Nepal in 2002 and has participated in numerous retreats guided by Lama Zopa Rinpoche. She is a graduate of the Basic Program and a registered FPMT teacher since 2010. She is currently studying at Nalanda Monastery and offering service as Director and translator of Éditions Mahayana, a French publishing house.
