David is one of the key reasons why we are so immensely excited about the possibilities of Allied-SCSS. He has an extensive occupational background of over 12 years in business development, government procurement, project management, quality control, supplier relationship management, and sales. His skills and abilities have been used to liaison with diverse socioeconomic small businesses and the local and state agencies specifically providing small businesses assistance designing and implementing project management methodologies. Over the past 5 years alone he has directly led project management teams on federal, state and local contracts valued at over $280 Million. These contracts have ranged from Facilities Management, IT Consulting, Business Development Program Consulting, Commercial Construction and Government Procurement Process Consulting. David has also remained very active in regards to fostering economic development, designing and implementing diversity and inclusion policies and strategies, as well as aiding small businesses with business process improvement initiatives directed at revenue generation, sustainability as well as the government procurement process. He conducts a free monthly workshop, Follow the Blueprint Series, which covers various topics regarding necessary tools for business process improvements which is a testament to his contagious work ethic, passion, and “lead by example” attitude which has earned him the respect of his peers and his community.

Calling the SCORE Dallas office or contacting the instructor(s), is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to Tammy Jo Covert at eventplanner.0022@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will be not be accepted. If you do cancel, within the 48 hours, a refund will be issued to the credit card that was used during your registration. (Please allow 5-10 business days for your reimbursement to be issued). All individuals cancelling late or are a no-show will lose their fees paid.
