Great customer service has always been crucial for long-term business success. However, kindness and goodwill are more highly valued by consumers than ever.
Customer service is no longer limited to customer feedback on platforms like Yelp and Facebook. Small businesses can be proactive in the way they show goodwill toward their customers. A survey from Forrester found that 93% of consumers say they’d buy more from—and recommend to others—a business that showed empathy toward the community.
Consumers expect great service even when there isn’t an issue, they also expect the businesses they frequent to offer personalized service. We will discuss the skills and elements of good Customer Service that can earn you a "5 - Star" rating!

There is a required 48 hour cancellation notice for all events. If you need to cancel you must notify the originator of this email and a confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Dallas office or contacting the instructor(s), is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. Please note that even if you register and do not participate, you will still receive the event recording and any materials that the Instructor provides.

SCORE Dallas reserves the right to cancel any event that has less than 10 Registrants. You will be notified within 24 hours if an event is cancelled and you will receive a FULL refund for any fees that you have paid. All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
