Mark Tanner, Workshop Instructor
Mark Tanner has more than 40 years of experience in operational and executive roles in a variety of business fields including engineering, power generation, construction, and consulting. Â He has significant experience in federal government contracting, having served as president of a successful small business federal contractor and as general manager of a heavy civil construction firm. Â In fifteen years of federal contracting he has managed more than 1,000 individual task orders ranging from $500 to $20 million.
