June “Sports Spotlight” Event at IMG Academies Golf & Country Club

 Continuing to connect and unite the greater Sarasota area sports community, the Sarasota Area Sports Alliance (SASA) is hosting its next “Sports Spotlight” networking event on Thursday, June 21^st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the IMG Academies Golf & Country Club, 4350 El Conquistador Parkway, Bradenton. 

The event is sponsored by the Sarasota County Sports Commission (SCSC) and IMG Academies Golf & Country Club.  The “Sports Spotlight” speaker will be Lucy Nicandri, vice president of the Suncoast Charities for Children and director of the 28^th Annual Super Boat Grand Prix Festival.  Nicandri will be highlighting the upcoming 12-day Suncoast Super Boat Grand Prix Festival and its 18 diverse events that feature many local race teams.  The admission fee for this event is $10.  A two for one beverage special is available to all guests attending the event, as well as a special IMG Academies Golf & Country Club summer membership. The summer membership consists of unlimited rounds of golf for $16 + tax from June to September 30th.
