Wendi Caplan-Carroll 2013

Wendi Caplan-Carroll is currently Constant Contact’s Area Director for the Northeast.  She has over 20 years of experience with in sales management, marketing, promotion, executive coaching and facilitation. She has educated more than 30,000 small businesses on behalf of Constant Contact.
Prior to Constant Contact, Wendi ran her own coaching firm. She spent more than 15 years in sales and marketing at major broadcast companies. She’s a Certified Executive Coach, DISC analyst & Creative Facilitator. 

Marvin O. Smith is President of Spectrum Marketing Group, a marketing and public relations firm based in Monroe, LA. Smith currently serves as Authorized Local Expert and Consultant for Constant Contact. Previous positions held include: Special Projects Consultant to the Louisiana Department of Social Services’ Solutions to Poverty (SToP) Initiative; Regional Communications and Marketing Consultant for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation; Marketing Manager for the Monroe (LA) Chamber of Commerce. Smith is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University (Ruston, LA). Community involvement includes Monroe Chamber of Commerce, Ouachita Economic Development Corporation, Delta Community College Foundation, and Louisiana Press Association.
