Featuring a keynote address by Lowell Bergman (shown at left), a Pulitzer winner, UW-Madison graduate, founder of the nonprofit Center for Investigative Reporting, producer for "Frontline" and former "60 Minutes" producer and New York Times reporter who teaches investigative reporting at the Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism.

Dave Zweifel photo-- The inaugural Distinguished Wisconsin Watchdog Award, presented by the Center and Wisconsin FOIC to Dave Zweifel (shown at left), editor emeritus of The Capital Times and a founder of the FOIC.
