Please join the FBA MN’s Newer Lawyers Committee for a special edition of our Judge Luncheons.  We will hear from Federal Defender Katherian Roe and Assistant U.S. Attorney Tim Rank, Acting Criminal Chief, about the work each of their offices do, how the offices are structured, and how the offices interact with each other and other parts of government, as well as the speakers’ thoughts on lawyering in federal court.  We’ll also cover their hiring practices.  This is a unique chance to hear from highly experienced federal court lawyers who represent offices that are key partners to the District’s bench in carrying out the work of the judiciary.
