Women in MDL, Mass and Clas Leadership: Progress, Challenges, Best Practices, and What's Next 

Please join us Wednesday, April 19, 2023, from 12:00-1:00 CT pm for a Zoom webinar featuring leading practitioners as they discuss the past, present, and future of MDL, mass action, and class action leadership for women in the legal profession, especially in Minnesota.  Our program will discuss progress, challenges, the George Washington Law School Guidelines and Best Practices and other best practices used by judges and experts, how past experiences can inform improvement, and the future of diverse and inclusive leadership. 

Rachel K. Tack, an associate at Zimmerman Reed, will moderate a panel featuring highly experienced Minnesota MDL, Mass Torts, and Class Actions practitioners: Yvonne M. Flaherty, partner at Lockridge Grindal Nauen; Kate E. Jaycox, partner at Robins Kaplan; Catherine K. Smith, partner at Gustafson Gluek, and Genevieve Zimmerman, partner at Meshbesher & Spence. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions to the panel, and 1.0 general and elimination of bias CLE credit will be sought.  Zoom information will be sent upon registration.
