Go Ahead Make My Day – Staff Teams - Training Course delivered by In2Action 

The “Go Ahead Make My Day” customer service training will include solutions on how to put the customer at the heart of everything you do, and enable you to go that extra mile for every customer all of the time. The training will explore guest psychology, complaint handling techniques, using real complaints and situations from real guests! This workshop is designed to empower all who attend to work with customers face to face. Bring your own experiences of both good & poor customer service & we will explore them together, concluding with how you can really make the difference, amp up your career and get the best feedback from every customer interaction you engage in! We look forward to seeing you. **This course will not take place with less than 10 people registered to attend.**
