Working within an organisation requires the capability to work with other people. Being part of an effective team increases productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Teams need to be aware of how to perform effectively despite the pressures they are under. Team building is designed for people who wish to enhance their communication skills and be more comfortable sharing information and conveying feedback as well as wanting to learn the importance of planning time management. Participants will understand the importance of trust and integrity of teams.

 

What does it cover?

The following key areas covered include (this is not an exhaustive list)

• Gain an understanding of the different personalities within their team
• Build trust and break down barriers
• Identify an individual’s values, role within the team and contribution of each individual
• Develop an understanding of the key influences upon effectiveness within the team
• Understand how to move towards a common goal with clear objectives and a unified approach
• Increased awareness of how to align the team to reach optimum performance when working under pressure
• An understanding of teamwork skills and an appreciation of team dynamics
• Identify mechanisms that sustain high levels of team performance.
