Leadership is a topic that’s been written about, discussed and pondered over for thousands of years.  From Alexander the Great, Marcus Aurelius and Sun Tzu to Warren Bennis, Winston Churchill and Richard Branson, “great leadership" is interpreted in multiple ways. In this workshop, we’ll be taking a fresh look at what leadership means for you in your own contexts.  Whilst there are a number of generally accepted principles of what great leadership looks like, we'll be considering the implications of a particular definition: "great leadership is whatever works”. Re-read that and notice what thoughts and feelings come to mind….I’ve been working as a leadership coach for 20 years and bring a unique view on the link between how we think & feel and our effectiveness as leaders.  We’ll also explore how to spot leadership potential and harness this across your business, regardless of where this comes from.  Let’s break the conventions and accepted wisdom of how leadership works - join me to co-create new ways of leading!
