About the hosts:

Adam D. Kempf, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Norton Healthcare

Adam D. Kempf joined Norton Healthcare in 2001 and has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2017. Previously, he served as senior vice president, finance. Adam manages operating and capital budgets, account systems, audits and long-term financial planning. A Southern Indiana native, he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Allison Ledford, Director, Employee Wellness, Norton Healthcare

Allison Ledford leads N Good Health, Norton Healthcare’s employee wellness program, and brings this workforce background to the organization’s employer relations strategy group. She also oversees the organization’s prevention and wellness service line, which supports some of the area’s most underserved communities with important health care resources, including health screenings. Allison earned her master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University Southeast, New Albany; and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in kinesiology from Indiana University.
