 PBS Workshop Series

The PBS Workshop Series will be held on March 10-11, 2015 in Mississauga, ON.  This 2 day event will cover ways to optimize your Aristo system.  With a specific focus on increasing efficiency and profits, we will work with you to get the most from your investment with PBS.

Day 1: Sales and Service

Sales - 9am - 4pm
Participants in this intense one-day workshop will gain a more comprehensive understanding of how tools such as Workplan, Enhanced Vehicle Build, and Campaign Manager can help their sales force capture and stay in touch with their customers.

This session will discuss such topics as:

  • Managing your sales staff requires clear, precise direction. Let’s discuss how Aristo can help you tackle this daily project by using specific management tools designed to help organize these tasks.
  • Obtaining the correct price on a new vehicle is imperative when you are attempting to quote a customer on payments in today’s market. We will review the enhanced Vehicle Build feature of Aristo, which offers the ability to build a vehicle with the most current feature and pricing options.
  • Nothing frustrates a software user more than incorrect or incomplete data results when searching for information.  We will review how we organize the gauge views, discard irrelevant data and correct inconsistencies in our data during input procedures.
  • Being able to create your own custom view reports that can be directly exported or printed has numerous marketing benefits. We will look at creating BDR reports based on specific customer criteria and merge them into the Campaign Manager to send your next Target Market Campaign through Aristo.

Service - 9am - 4pm
Spend a day focusing on how Aristo Service can help your employees manage more customers in your service drive through the use of Aristo Appointments, Repair Order efficiencies, Aristo Inspections, and more.

This session will discuss such topics as:

  • A customer calls and wants an appointment today, but do you have the time to get the repairs finished?  We will review how Aristo Appointments can help you manage customer flow and technician workload through one simple process.
  • Moving a customer through your service drive quickly, while still having all the needed information, is imperative to a productive service department.  Let’s discuss how Aristo can make the repair order write-up a quick and simple process.
  • Inspecting a customer’s vehicle is necessary when it comes to documenting damage and recommending maintenance.  Discover how Aristo Inspections can help you do both, as well as flag items for recommendation the next time the customer contacts the dealership.
  • Email marketing to your service customers is a simple, easy way to get your message out at a low cost to the dealership.  We will be reviewing the new Aristo Campaigns function, which combines BDR reporting with a template of your design for email marketing.

 

Day 2: Accounting and Parts

Accounting - 9am -4pm
In the Accounting session, the day will focus on attaining a better understanding of how tools such as Contact Management, EFTs, and Comparison Reports can streamline your processes in Aristo.

This session will discuss such topics as:

  • Communicating to your customers in today’s market is becoming more difficult with new spam laws coming into effect.  Come learn how Aristo Contact Management helps you ensure that you are contacting your customers legally and through their preferred method.
  • Hot off the presses! Experience our newest blood pumping (maybe a little overstating) features coming to Aristo Accounting. Let’s focus on additions such as Electronic Funds Transfers and Deal Comparison Reports…expect to be exhilarated.
  • How can you be sure the numbers entered into the system are the same as the numbers being posted in accounting?  We will review several comparison reports that offer a quick check for any variances.
  • Glancing across the surface of the Aristo globe, we’ll investigate key areas that impact accounting. Features in Sales, Service and Parts will be explicated to ensure we are leading our dealerships in leveraging what PBS has to offer.  

 

Parts - 9am - 4pm
Attend the Parts workshop and learn ways to fine-tune your parts department processes using stocking levels, special ordered parts, department efficiencies, etc.

This session will discuss such topics as: 

  • Keep your special order parts at a minimum through Aristo’s simplified SOP process, which is designed to hold people accountable through easy management tools.
  • Trusting that your inventory system will identify sales trends to recommend orders helps you focus on the decision making. We will review how to properly set up ordering criteria for more accurate best stocking levels and system recommendations.
  • Aristo Parts Management is in the process of rolling out to all Aristo Parts dealers. We will be focusing on how the advanced features of APM can streamline multiple processes in your parts department.
  • Efficiency is a key factor in a parts department. Let’s review setups to make sure the information you need is at your fingertips.
