We invite you to sponsor our conference in beautiful San Antonio, Texas.  The venue location is the Historic Menger Hotel, located steps away from the Alamo and Riverwalk. The Menger Hotel, with its convenient location, offers plenty to do when not in class including: enjoying the heated pool, restaurants, dining and of course a 5 minute walk to the Alamo or San Antonio Riverwalk.

• Exhibitor ($400) – table top exhibit outside the conference classes
• Welcome Reception Sponsor ($750) (Sold out)- Sponsor our welcome reception on Sunday, February 26 at 6:30pm. May provide brief marketing speech, display signage and place marketing materials on tables at the reception.
  
• Lunch Sponsor ($500)(Sold out) - Lunch sponsor may display signage and place marketing materials on tables during the lunches.
• Awards Banquet and Party Sponsor ($750) -  Sponsor our awards banquet.   All adjusters and client reps will be in attendance.  May provide brief marketing speech, display signage and place marketing materials on tables during the party.

All sponsorships come with one staff registration, each additional staff registration is $100.  Sponsors and exhibitors are invited to all conference events.

All exhibitors are also asked to donate a door prize ($100 value) to be given away at the awards banquet.

Hotel Information- Our host hotel is The Historic Menger Hotel.  NCC has secured a group rate of $139 for reservations made prior to February 3.
