Join us for the Spring into Summer Fair, a FREE festival where youth of all ages can sample Summer programs offered citywide to meet every interest!

To be entered into the event raffle, visit https://chicagocityoflearning.org/sign-up, sign up with Chicago City of Learning, and enter code: PFLSF. To be considered for the raffle, you must register by Monday, April 9th. 

(For those who already have a CCOL account: you’ll be entered into the raffle as soon as you log in and enter program code PFLSF) The program code must be entered by 11:59pm on April 9th to be eligible for this raffle. 

Prizes are iPad Minis, and winners will be announced throughout the afternoon!  Only youth may enter the raffle and must be present to win.

For the below RSVP form, enter the information for yourself and include others in your party as guests. You do not need to RSVP for each person separately.
