Prepare to be dazzled by the spectacular Balboa Island Christmas lights and fanciful decorative displays. Of course we are also spreading holiday cheer. Everyone is encouraged to bring an unwrapped children's gift for the children residing at Mariposa, a refuge and counseling center for abused women and their families.
