Debi Hopkins, VP & Manager Complex Claims - Liberty Mutual Insurance

Debi McCreedy Hopkins is a Vice President and Region Manager in U.S. Casualty Claims for Global Risk Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.Debi leads the Central West region for U.S. Casualty Claims in Global Risk Solutions.  She leads a group of over 200 claim professionals who handle and manage auto, general liability and excess claims under the Liberty Mutual and Helmsman brands. The Central West region includes dedicated National Insurance and Helmsman customers and the newly formed Sharing Economy group for claims throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, in addition to Middle Market claims in the Midwest, Southwest and Western US. Debi joined Liberty Mutual in 1979 and has over forty years of experience in insurance claims handling and oversight, with a focus on complex, high exposure claims.
