A Risk Professional’s View: Taking Action with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Join us in an interactive discussion focused on leading and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within our companies and the risk profession. Our guest speakers Kevin Thomas (Risk Manager at Oracle) and Precious Norman-Walton (Director of Underwriting Harbor.ai) will dive into the evolution of DE&I and what that looks like in the context of COVID-19 and the future of work. In addition, join in unpacking the impact of DEI as a core business risk and how companies that are lacking DEI strategy may have challenges in attracting and retaining key talent, expanding customer pools and struggle with overall growth. Lastly, learn more about the RIMS DEI Council 3-year strategy. We will conclude our time with key take-aways and actions that will help you get started or gain momentum in the area of DEI.
