Walter R. Cohn Esq. Memorial EXPO April 5th 

On Wednesday, April 5, 2017 the Property Owner's Association will proudly present its' annual trade show, The Walter R. Cohn, Esq. Memorial EXPO. The Wilshire Grand in West Orange will once again be the host to this premier event.  The doors will open to the public at 5:00p.m.

The evening will provide the multi-housing industry an opportunity to meet industry professionals, network and form relationships that will positively affect their bottom lines. Complete with buffet dinner and kosher stations-this is a must attend event.

Attendance is FREE to POA members as well as a owners, while service providers can register at a cost of $75 per person. Prizes will be awarded throughout the evening.
 

The Property Owners Association of New Jersey, Inc. exists to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate, interested persons, and related industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes. The organization is comprised of owners and managers of apartment units and other individuals who work in fields related to the housing industry. Through an organized program of information dissemination, project development, and educational seminars, the Association keeps its members informed of all phases of the rental housing market.
