Please join us for our 2022 convention to be held in beautiful Toronto! We are excited to finally come together face-to-face to discuss resolutions, elect our new board of directors, hear wonderful speakers, learn, and network.

BEFORE SUBMITTING TO THE TREASURER!
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
There are mandatory and voluntary fields to complete on the registration form. If it is a mandatory field, you will notice a *before the question.
1. There are early bird and final deadlines for registration for the convention.
2. Help us out and do the math. Please add the provincial HST (13%) to your registration fee before forwarding your registration fee (by cheque) to the Treasurer.
3. Attendees must register separately for the IDEAS For Gender Equality Community Event to be held Friday afternoon (1:00-4:30 pm). Please note that you can register and attend the Community Event (for free) without registering for/attending the convention.
4. You must check one of the three options under FEES. If you wish to only buy individual event tickets:
a. under FEES, check "I am not registering for the full convention but am purchasing "Individual event" tickets
b. scroll further down in the registration form to find the events you wish to attend.
c. you can only buy one event ticket for each item. Each attendee must fill out a separate registration form.
5. You can pay by eTransfer as well as cheque. Send your etransfer to BPW Canada Treasurer Janet Riehm at treasurer@bpwcanada.com Please use the question "Where Convention Takes Place?" with the answer "Toronto" if a security question is requried.
6. For a registration form in the French language, please refer to the BPW Canada website.
7. Cancellations - cancellations received on or before July 10, 2022 will be fully refundable minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be given after July 10th (but the registration fee is transferable to another attendee).
8. We will be following COVID19 health measures as prescribed by the Province of Ontario and the various event locations.
Apology in advance - we are using a new software system this year (and it is US-based). We couldn't adjust the words 'ZIP Code' or 'check' to 'Postal Code' and 'cheque' but we know that you will know what we meant and forgive us.
