Kevin Amolsch:

Kevin Amolsch has a background in finance and real estate. He received his degree in finance after serving four years in the US Military. He has since been a part of over 400 real estate transactions as a buyer, a seller or as a mortgage consultant.  He now has a rental portfolio of more than 25 properties across Colorado and Tennessee.  He has been in real estate and mortgages for the last 10 years.  He also has extensive knowledge and experience in the secondary mortgage markets and working with real estate investors in Colorado.  He is the founder of Pine Financial Group, Inc and has been quoted in the Denver Post, Yahoo Real Estate, and Las Vegas Review Journal.

John Fisher:

John Fisher has been active in the Denver Metro investor community for over 11 years, buying, rehabbing, flipping, renting, and wholesaling over 500 properties. John takes a systematic approach to this business following basic "rules of engagement" and ethics. He has two core businesses: wholesale and training. Charles Roberts:

Charles Roberts is co-owner and Managing Broker of Your Castle Real Estate. He is a registered appraiser, licensed Realtor, and a former loan officer.  He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 12 years, completing dozens of fix up projects along the way, and currently manages his own portfolio of properties in Denver Metro. His specialty is helping investors buy bank-owned and short sale cash flow properties.  He is a frequent lecturer on the Denver real estate market and is quoted regularly by the Denver Post and the Denver Business Journal.  He co-hosted a local real estate radio show and appears regularly on NBC’s 9 News, ABC’s News7 and Nightline to help make sense of the state of Denver real estate. 

Scott Estill:

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Estill specializes in advising business owners with the complexities of the business and tax law issues that they may encounter. Mr. Estill is a frequent national radio and television guest lecturer, instructor, and seminar speaker at various events and colleges across the country. He was a former senior trial attorney for the IRS. He has counseled thousands on tax techniques and is nationally recognized as one of the top tax advisors in the country.

Monica Breckenridge:

Monica started investing in real estate in March 2007 with the company Pink Real Estate®. Since then she has bought over 200 houses and processed over 250 short sales. She is the Author of "Short Sale Foreclosure Investing Done For You" available on her website http://www.PinkShortSaleMentor.com and on Amazon Kindle. In 2009 she opened up her own brokerage company Pink Realty®. Monica's exit strategies with her short sales are fix and flip and fix and hold!

Jim is president and founder of Heritage Financial Group, Inc., and has worked extensively in the financial services industry since 1977. He has a passion for working one-on-one with clients to educate and provide valuable wealth management solutions.

Scott Lukes:

Scott Lukes is the owner and founder of Echo Summit Property Management, one of Colorado’s largest and fastest growing property management companies. After investing heavily in residential real estate over the past decade, he decided to invest in creating technologies and systems for managing properties that increased quality and efficiency, while at the same time lessened financial and legal liability. Echo Summit Property Management was the result.

Matthew Pillmore:

Matt built a successful wholesale residential mortgage company in 2000.  During that time he began investing in real estate and recognized a significant lack of information regarding credit scores available not only to consumers, but also to mortgage and real estate professionals.

In 2002 he hired a creator of the original FICO score and the Nation’s leading credit attorney to build the 760 Club and earned a very rare Credit Scoring Expert Certification.  In 2004 he was recruited to develop a national cash flow management program. He combined his skills in credit enhancement and debt elimination to develop a very unique 7 point system which allows real estate investors to buy property far more quickly and own the properties free and clear 3-5 times faster.  His mission is to change the social economics for as many families as possible. Bill Humphrey:

Bill is recognized by professional advisors as an expert in the self-direction of IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts and the IRS codes pertaining to these investments. Bill is also an experienced Certified Public Accountant who over the past 20 years has specialized in tax-related property issues and forensic accounting.  He became involved in real estate investing with his associate, Catherine Wynne, and assisted in developing the framework for debt-leveraged IRA real estate investments.
