Reggie Rivers

Reggie Rivers is a former NFL running back who played six seasons with the Denver Broncos during the 1990s. Reggie is a media personality and business owner, who has worked in newspaper, radio and television in Denver. He graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Journalism, and he earned his Master's Degree in Global Studies from the University of Denver.  He has written 5 books, the latest is an award winning noval "The Colony: A Polital Tale."

Reggie’s easy style, funny anecdotes and insightful stories about life in the NFL, allow him to connect to the audience and deliver a message of hope and optimism that makes people want to jump out of their chairs and go tackle the obstacles that have been standing in their way. Audiences all over the country have praised Reggie for helping them see their goals in an entirely new—and achievable—light.

Justin Cooper

Justin Cooper is the Northern Colorado Territory Manager for Pine Financial Group, Colorado’s premier hard money lender.  Justin has been investing since 2007 and has completed several renovations himself.  He manages his own portfolio of rentals and is in the process of acquiring several more.  Born and raised in New York, Justin came to Colorado in 1996 to attend CSU.   After graduating in 4 years, Justin entered the construction industry working for a plumbing wholesaler.  He started in the warehouse and worked his way up to managing his own store.  Justin has also spent time working for a small manufacturer’s representative in the HVAC industry before making the leap to full time investor and hard money lender.  Justin is very passionate about investing and loves to help and teach others looking to invest in real estate.

Charles Roberts

Charles Roberts is co-owner and Managing Broker of Your Castle Real Estate, Inc., a metro Denver firm with 400 agents. He is a registered appraiser, licensed Realtor, and a former loan officer. He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 15 years, completing dozens of fix up projects along the way, and currently manages his own portfolio of properties in Denver Metro. His specialty is helping investors buy cash flow properties.

 He is a frequent lecturer on the Denver real estate market and is quoted regularly by the Denver Post, 5280 Magazine, Money Magazine, CASA Magazine, Inman News, and the Denver Business Journal. He co-hosted a local real estate radio show and appears regularly on NBC’s 9 News, ABC’s News7, Colorado Public Radio, and Nightline to help make sense of the state of Denver real estate. He co-authored the book “The 2013 Guide to Colorado Real Estate Investing.”

He is also a Director at the 5,000-person Denver Metro Association of Realtors and is the Chair of their Education Committee.

Kevin Amolsch

Kevin Amolsch, the founder of Pine Financial Group, Inc,  has a background in finance and real estate. He received his degree in finance after serving four years in the US Military. Kevin has been in the real estate and mortgage industries for the last 12 years.  He also has extensive knowledge and experience in the secondary mortgage markets and working with real estate investors in Colorado and Minnesota.  Pine Financial Group is an experienced private lending company completing over 600 deals worth over $100 million since its inception in 2008.

Matthew Pillmore

Stephanie Long

Ms. Long has many years of experience assisting her real estate investor and business owner clients with their  tax and business planning issues. She is the managing partner of Estill & Long, LLC, a law firm based in Littleton, CO.  She is a frequent national seminar speaker, lecturer, and instructor at various events and colleges across the country including many local real estate groups. She has spoken to and has helped thousands on business and tax planning techniques. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and received her law degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. She is author to numerous articles, publications and books, including J.K. Lasser’s “The Real Estate Investor’s Tax Edge.”

Terry Wenze

Terry Wenze began Residential Services of Colorado, LLC as a property investment and rehabilitation company. Since opening in 2004, the company has performed major restorations to residential properties in the established neighborhoods of Aurora. Residential Services has performed over 25 rehab-n-resell projects from lipstick to major fire restoration.To support the company’s investment activities, Terry has also become a licensed real estate broker licensed under Your Castle Real Estate. Since joining Your Castle RE, Terry has focused on the acquisition of distressed properties for both investors and First-time buyers.As an agent at Your Castle Real Estate, Terry has served as a Director of the Aurora Association of Realtors from 2009 through 2012 and President of the Board in 2011. The Association named him the Rising Star of 2012.

Dave Lund

Dave is excited and proud to be on the Board of Advisors for ICOR. He firmly believes that “the rising tide will lift all boats” and is excited to watch ICOR grow. Outside of ICOR, Dave is a partner with Sisu Brothers Real Estate and Mike and Greg Vogel.  Naturally, Dave is passionate about helping individuals become investors themselves by educating and guiding them in their real estate investment needs. Dave is an investor through and through.
