 Joe Massey  

Joe is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Economics and Business. Joe has been a lender since 2002; has been recognized as a “Million Dollar Loan Officer” since 2007 and recognized by 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Prior to working with residential mortgages, Joe was a commercial lender, underwriter and financial analyst which prepared him for his mortgage career and taught him the specifics of how to get loans approved and how to find the best terms for the customer.  Joe now works as a Senior Loan Officer for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, a Billion Dollar mortgage lender based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  In partnership with Your Castle Real Estate Pine Financial, Joe has closed hundreds of loans for both experienced and first-time investors and he continues to contribute to the investment community with his monthly presentations on financing options for investors. 

Matt Pillmore 

After studying under a creator of the personal credit scoring formula called FICO Matthew Pillmore became the youngest of under 200 certified credit scoring experts.  13 years later he is considered a leading authority on creative cash flow, business/personal credit scoring, and debt/mortgage management techniques.  Over the past 3 years Matthew's secret recipe for creating uber cheap leverage through banks has exploded in popularity with Real estate investors and business owners from every corner of the country.

Clay Malcolm 

Clay Malcolm is the Director of Business Development for New Direction IRA. In this role, he oversees marketing, education programs, and facilitates the training of business development and client representative teams. Clay has shared his expertise regarding self-directed IRAs and HSAs at speaking engagements across the United States.   Currently, he teaches continuing education classes for CPAs, CFPs, and real estate professionals as well as presenting informational sessions for retirement investors looking to acquire precious metals, real estate, private equity, and more.  Clay received his Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Northwestern University.

Troy Miller, Executive Director of the Investment Community of the Rockies, comes to Colorado via Cincinnati, Ohio after spending five years serving as the Director of Business Development & Events for the National Real Estate Investors Association.  Troy has been in Association and Not for Profit Management for over 10 years. Having grown up a mother who served as a property manager for 35 years and a father who was a general contractor, his focus is with real estate based associations.

Charles Roberts  

Charles Roberts is co-owner and Managing Broker of Your Castle Real Estate, Inc., a metro Denver firm with 400 agents. He is a registered appraiser, licensed Realtor, and a former loan officer. He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 15 years, completing dozens of fix up projects along the way, and currently manages his own portfolio of properties in Denver Metro. His specialty is helping investors buy cash flow properties. 

He is a frequent lecturer on the Denver real estate market and is quoted regularly by the Denver Post, 5280 Magazine, Money Magazine, CASA Magazine, Inman News, and the Denver Business Journal. He co-hosted a local real estate radio show and appears regularly on NBC’s 9 News, ABC’s News7, Colorado Public Radio, and Nightline to help make sense of the state of Denver real estate. He co-authored the book “The 2013 Guide to Colorado Real Estate Investing.”

He is also a Director at the 5,000-person Denver Metro Association of Realtors and is the Chair of their Education Committee.
