It's the LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL and we are going out with a BASH - A BLUE AND GOLD BASH!!! Come celebrate a successful 2014 - 2015 school year with your fellow PALCS students and teachers!
The Blue and Gold Bash will be a mix of our annual ALL School Picnic, Field Day and Spirit Day ... ALL IN ONE!

We are so glad you asked!!!  Please see our  team rosters below! Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to show their SPIRIT and wear the appropriate team colors.... afterall,
it is the BLUE AND GOLD BASH! What did you expect?

Book and Supply Returns

All students will receive instructions from PALCS' shipping department on how to return PALCS materials.  Each student will receive a pre-paid UPS label that may be used to return books and supplies. 

PLEASE MAKE NOTE: 

  Unlike in years past, our Shipping Department Staff
WILL NOT be on site to collect books or materials at the PALCS EAST picnic in Downingtown, PA.  Since the picnic is being held a little earlier this year, classes will still be in session and students will need to have access to their  books and materials.

 

There will be Shipping Staff at PALCS' main offices in West Chester, PA.  If you are finished with classes and wish to turn in your materials, you can do so by returning them to 1332 Enterprise Dr. West Chester 19380.  Our staff will be at the main office between 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. to collect materials on the day of the picnic.

What is the Blue & Gold Bash?

The 2015 Blue & Gold Bash is our end of the year ALL school picnic.  
Current students, their families and faculty and staff are all invited to register and attend!

Where is the Blue & Gold Bash?

Since PALCS serves students across the state of Pennsylvania, you might be wondering, where on earth is this event?!?

 

 

PALCS WEST Blue & Gold bash will be held on June 9, 2015 at:
Emmerling Park 
Cove Run Road
Cheswick, PA 15024

 

PALCS EAST Blue & Gold Bash will be held on June 2, 2015 at:

United Sports Training Center

Downingtown, PA 

 

Why are the picnics on different days this year?

Unfortunately, the venues we use had conflicting dates and we could not coordinate our two PALCS picnics to coincide on the same date.  

 

What should I wear?

Please have students wear sneakers so they will comfortably be able to particpate in the variety of activities offered.  And don't forget to show us your school spirit by coordinating your outfit according to your assigned team!

 

 

Will lunch be provided?

Yes, lunch will be provided for our guests.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate diet restrictions or food allergies.  If you or your child have diet restrictions or food allergies, please provide your own bag lunch.  

Is there a cost?

There is no cost for this event or lunch!
