Tour of Belmont Village 

Join CSI East Bay-Oakland for a tour of Belmont Village, a modern senior living facility in Albany, CA. Belmont Village is a state-of-the-art property that opened in 2017, and carries LEED Gold certification. Christophe Laverne, AIA, LEED AP, of HKIT Architects will lead the tour of the 2.39 acre, 175 unit facility.

Belmont Village, which is affiliated with UC Berkeley, offers three main living areas: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Amenities include chef prepared dining, transportation services, library, theater and a fitness center. The property also features a 22-foot burnished steel public art sculpture, "Torqueri VIII", by artist Bruce Beasley
