Session 2:

Going Beyond Lighting Upgrades and VFDs

This seminar will focus on the steps following the typical lighting and thermal energy efficiency measures. There are many projects available that could save your company thousands of dollars. These projects will take more focus, long-term planning and goal setting and are more costly.

However, now there are financing solutions that will pay back your return on investment, even with longer payback periods. These savings in energy costs will accrue savings in your energy budget year after year.

You will also learn about how to include other savings in your budget that are by products of the energy efficiency measures, likely, that you never considered in your payback periods, but are real savings!

A case study will then be presented by another one of Rhode Island's leading manufacturers. You will see how they look at energy savings in a goal oriented, long term strategy plan. They have dug deep for energy and budget savings, which is paying them back handsomely.

Finally you will learn the specifics about the new Infrastructure Bank and the C-Pace program. You will also get a certificate for just attending this seminar, that will offer you a potential of up to 10% additional rebate from the Energy Efficiency Rate Payer Program.
