Small Business Self-Assessment Workshop

Small business owners are frequently so busy running their companies that they lack the time to step back and fully assess their strengths and weaknesses.  That kind of strategic thinking is either too time consuming or too EXPENSIVE – and yet the results frequently allow a company to move to the next level of income and service.

Using a unique Business Assessment tool, this 2-hour workshop will help small to medium size business owners assess, adjust and implement effective changes to improve all aspects of their business … including profitability.

The workshop will offer attendees:

Assessments in the areas of General Management, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Resource Management and Operations.

Immediate-response feedback identifying areas of strength and weakness and providing a “SCORE” based on the self-assessment.

Interaction with other business owners generating ideas for improvement in areas of your business needing improvement.

Requirements:

- Businesses must be operational for at least one year and have one or more full time employees.
