Recently society has seen a surge in litigation involving the accessibility of web sites to people with disabilities. No organization, large or small, public or private has been untouched. Sometimes these lawsuits have merit; sometimes they are driven by greed. Regardless of the reason, most agree that this form of litigation is costly and creates an undercurrent of fear, particularly for small business owners. This presentation provides insight into the apparent dilemma of Web accessibility and provides a roadmap towards achieving a Win-Win business value proposition.
