Our objective is to make you aware of what it takes to be a successful small business owner, and to do that we are going to provide you the tools, information and resources that are available to you to be successful, 

 In addition to be covering the 5 key questions you need to answer to be a successful business owner, we’ll explain the pros and cons of operating as a sole proprietor, LLC, or corporation, and how to register your business in NH and with the IRS

Presenter Dick VerEecke is a Merrimack Valley Certified SCORE mentor. He brings the experience of 30 years in corporate finance with IBM and was a Certified Financial Planner after retirement from IBM. He has also been a Volunteer Certified Tax Preparer for low and middle income taxpayers in AARP and VITA free tax assistance program. For the past 6 years he has been providing general business advice as a SCORE mentor, and has helped numerous small business owners start and grow their businesses.
