When you support Baubles and Baskets, you’re supporting young children in our community, like *Charlie.

Charlie is only 10 years old and has already lost his father to cancer and regularly witnessed domestic violence in his home.

When Charlie first came to us at Center for Child Counseling, he was suffering from nightmares, severe separation anxiety, and a weakened immune system – leading to frequent illnesses and poor attendance at school. Over the last 18 months, Charlie has worked with one of ouor therapists, using Play and Trauma Therapy to help him work through emotions related to his father's death and domestic violence in his home.

Charlie is on the path to healing and a much happier and healthier life! Charlie now enjoys going to school, eats and sleeps well. By providing support to Center for Child Counseling’s Baubles and Baskets event, you’re providing children like Charlie with a better chance at a healthy and fulfilled life.
