Beating Burnout for Teachers

Burnout is an overwhelming feeling of being exhausted by everything you have to do, while still worrying that you’re not doing enough.

It's often accompanied by a "I have nothing more to give" sentiment. Burnout is more than stress and more than simply having a bad day (which is natural). There are effective ways to combat burnout, however.

If you’re feeling extremely stressed, this training can help you identify the symptoms of burnout and implement effective and helpful skills to take on the burnout challenge.

This 45 minute training is designed for teachers, and school personnel.

If you are a childcare provider with the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, PBSD employee, or a parent/caregiver living in Palm Beach County, contact us for a special code to waive the training fee. Students and Palm Beach County partners can contact us for a significant discount.

In this training, you will learn about:

  • The difference between burnout and stress
  • Signs, symptoms and causes of burnout
  • Burnout prevention from organization and individual perspectives

Thank You

A special thank you to the Florida Blue Foundation, Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, and Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County for supporting this training for teachers, and educators in Palm Beach County.
