2024 Annual Conference

Friday, January 26, 2024

7.0 Contact hours + 1.0 ethics credit

MEETING DESCRIPTION

The 2024 Annual Conference will cover a wide variety of topics. Topics include carbon sequestration, an update from the Natural Resources Conservation Service, an introduction to the National Environmental Policy Act process, and a presentation on culvert design for turtle crossings. There will also be a Joint Board update. And finally, a discussion regarding mentoring with the MARSH program by Ian Grosfelt from the National Association of Wetland Managers.

We are excited to have a keynote address by Chris Martin and Dave Anderson celebrating 25 years of the Something Wild radio show! Something Wild is a joint production of NH Audubon, the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, and NHPR.

Back by popular demand, Jason Reimers will host an ethics talk which often generates great discussion.
