ADAD: Understanding More about Military, Veterans, and Retirees Training 

Content: To provide awareness of military culture, military health care challenges, medical boards and separation out processing, and mental disorders. The training will allow participants to gain insight on the military returning to civilian life and how to address their life challenging needs in this process.

Facilitator:   Brent Oto, MA, CPS is the current Suicide Prevention Program Manager for the Army Substance Abuse Program. He has worked with the military and civilian population for over 20 years. Brent has conducted numerous trainings and education services for military members, civilians and families.

Target Audience: Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC) and Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) applicants, those with other ADAD professional credential, and anyone involved in the human services field.
