2018 ASIS International
Austin, Texas Chapter 179
Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon

ASIS International Chapter 179, Austin, TX will host this premier event to honor outstanding law enforcement, military, and federal agents nominated by invited departments of the Greater Austin Area and surrounding communities.

Our 3rd Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation event will be held at Maggiano’s Little Italy at The Domain on Wednesday, May 16, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  We invite you to join honored law enforcement professionals as we highlight and thank them for their service in the line of duty.

This year we are honored to announce two keynote speakers:

National Guard Brigadier General Patrick M. Hamilton, Director, Joint Staff – Joint Force Headquarters and Dual Status Commander, Hurricane Harvey Operations, Texas Army National Guard.

Chief of the Austin Police Department Brian Manley, leads a department of 2,646 sworn law enforcement and support personnel who carry out police operations within the City of Austin, as well as the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, city parks, lakes and municipal courts.

To properly honor the deserving officers, the Austin Chapter of ASIS International is asking for your support.  If you would like to sponsor the event, there are two ways in which to participate:

$500.00 Table Sponsor – Table sponsorship includes logo recognition on the ASIS Austin website, all electronic communications, and day-of-event printed banner and table placards.  Six seats for your company representatives at the luncheon are included in this cost.  You will be seated with two local law enforcement guests.

Awards Sponsor – Business owners who would like to donate trophies, plaques, certificates or gifts to our award recipients may contact us for details.  The Law Enforcement Appreciation Committee will accept nominations from local law enforcement for Officer of the Year recognition.  We will present the winner(s) with donated certificates, plaques, and gifts.  Your generosity will be appreciated and highlighted upon presentation to recipient at the luncheon.

Should you not be able to sponsor a full table, any donations are appreciated. If you have any questions regarding sponsorship, please feel free to contact me.

Proceeds from the event will be used to support local community service programs associated with law enforcement, military, and scholarship opportunities to those seeking to further their education in the security field.
