2019 ASIS Austin Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon 

 

ASIS International Chapter 179, Austin, TX will host this premier event to honor outstanding law enforcement, military, and federal agents nominated by invited departments of the Greater Austin Area and surrounding communities. 

We hope that you can join us in recognizing the selfless contributions of our Central Texas Law Enforcement Officers.

Our Central Texas Law Enforcement Officers are committed to keeping our communities safe and secure. Please consider showing your appreciation by sponsoring the ASIS Austin Chapter's Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon. Proceeds from the event will be used to support local community service programs associated with law enforcement, military, and scholarship opportunities to those seeking to further their education in the security field. 

This year, we are offering several different levels of sponsorship for your consideration: 

Gold (Table) Sponsor $500 - Includes table for six people plus two Law Enforcement attendees. Large logo recognition on the ASIS Austin website, large logo on banner, on screen during the event, and table sign. 15 Gold Sponsorships available. (Save 10% by registering by March 27th!)

Silver (Half Table) Sponsor $250 - Includes four seats for the luncheon and small logo recognition on the ASIS Austin website, printed banner and presentation at the event. Ten Silver Sponsorships available. (Save 10% by registering by March 27th!)

Bronze Sponsor (Single Seat) $55 - Anyone can register to attend the Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon as an individual attendee.  If you are a member of the local ASIS Austin Chapter, you are eligible to register at the discounted member rate of $50. *Use promo code LEAL2019 for discount.*

Program Sponsor $350 - Includes sponsor logo on front of program, small logo recognition on website and event materials, plus one seat at the luncheon. One Program Sponsor available.  *Use promo code LEALPGM to register as our Program Sponsor.*

Lanyard Sponsor $250 - 250 lanyards for attendee name tags will be provided by this sponsor and may display your logo / company name. Includes small logo recognition on website and event materials, plus one seat at the luncheon. One Lanyard Sponsorship available.  *Use promo code LEALLAN to register as our Lanyard Sponsor.*

Award Sponsor N/A - Includes the plaque awarded to the Officer of the Year Honoree, small logo recognition on ASIS Austin website and event materials, plus one seat at the luncheon. One Award Sponsorship available.  Award Sponsorship has been Purchased.

Prize Sponsor - This sponsorship is for those who would like to provide door prize(s), cash donations, and awards for the Officer of the Year Honoree. Door prizes will be raffled off to the Law Enforcement attendees at the event.
