The Wisconsin Association for Bilingual Education (WIABE) conference is the largest gathering of parents, teachers, administrators, future teachers, and professors dedicated to serving emergent bilinguals in the state of Wisconsin. This year we are honored to have Keynote Speakers, Ret. LTC Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch and  Dr. Jesse J. Rodriguez.

Kalahari Resort and Convention Center: Conference Participants are responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodations.
