“To lead people, walk behind them” Lao Tzu.
Traditional leadership is a top-down design of the organizational chart: CEO, CFO and COO. "A servant-leader shares power and focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong." -Robert Greenleaf
We will actively explore the seven pillars of servant leadership as individuals and how servant-led companies have integrated specific servant leadership principles and skills into corporate cultures and policies, resulting in a high correlation between high performance organizations and employee engagement, loyalty and job satisfaction.
