Developing Nonprofit Leaders Series

Held monthly from September 2017 - February 2018
                                           8 a.m. - noon                                                                           Six-part series: $250/person                                                      The Leadership Development Institute at the                    Life Enrichment Center, 425 N. Findlay St., Dayton

 

This special six-month program is designed to develop the leadership skills in program manager/director-level staff who supervise other program staff and/or volunteers. Program coordinator-level staff who don't currently supervise others, but wish to advance into management roles, will also find this experience helpful to effectively lead others within their agencies.

November 17 - Resolving Conflict Effective 

December 15 - Tools For Effective Planning, Goal Setting & Getting Organized

January 12 - Foundational Supervision Skills

February 9 - Leadership Skills Development Plan

StrengthsFinder and Myers Briggs Personality Indicator

Each participant will receive tools, resources and templates that can be readily applied back to their agencies. A full leadership development improvement plan is provided at the end of the program, along with resources to support their ongoing growth. Registration fee includes cost of assessments, materials and meals prepared by the Findlay Street Cafe.
