Leading a life of integrity

  • What leading with integrity really mean?
  • Surveys show 56% of MBA candidates admit to cheating…is it “OK” to rationalize our behavior?
  • Author and Leadership guru John Maxwell says “There’s no such thing as business ethics.”  What does he mean by this?
  • Establishing the foundation for an ethical culture…it starts at the top

Speaker: Becky Edgren

Becky Edgren started her professional career in manufacturing working at her family tooling and machining business for 25 years. During that time, she was primarily responsible for ISO 9001 certification, corporate training and strategic planning.

In August 2008, Becky purchased a start-up franchise business, PuroClean Emergency Services, which specializes in emergency water, fire, mold and biohazard clean up and restoration. Today, she has 20 fulltime employees including her three daughters and services the Dayton, Springfield, and Cincinnati markets.  She has received numerous awards from PuroClean over the years including President’s Circle for consistently performing in the top 10% of all PuroClean franchises.  Becky teaches continuing education courses to insurance agents in Ohio and throughout the country as well as Strategic Planning for business owners and executive management. She speaks to groups of all sizes on leadership, ethics, disaster preparedness, family business, and small business development.
