Rebuilding Your Staff Structure

Now that you have your Strategic Plan, what good is it if you can’t put it into action with your team?

In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may have very well had to revise your strategic goals and reset the organization’s objectives/activities accordingly.  Now it’s time to revisit how and with whom you will achieve those goals.  Staff structures may have had to change over the past year, so how do you get it all done?  Attend this session to learn how to convert Strategic Plan goals & objectives into staff performance goals, how to reassign work based on strengths rather than traditional roles, hold staff and volunteers accountable to those goals, and how to measure and report progress against those goals.

You will receive downloadable, customizable Human Resource goal setting & tracking templates and handouts

~ Executive Directors, Human Resources, and other Organizational Leaders and Board members are encouraged to attend ~
