Revisiting Your Strategic Plan & Goal Setting

With the onset of the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, nonprofits must consider new ways of serving our clients and the community – AND of sustaining our organizations.  As we continue to operate and provide critical services during this unprecedented time of global change, we must also be prepared for how to move forward.  The best way to do that is to have a plan… a strategic plan.  Recent studies have indicated that up to 49% of nonprofit organizations in the United States do not have a written strategic plan, leaving many nonprofit professionals to tackle each day without clear goals to work toward and with little understanding of how they contribute to fulfill their organization’s mission.  But even that can look different for this next year or so.

Join us as we walk through the steps of creating a short-term plan to guide your organization forward in today’s climate.
