NTA is providing Western Massachusetts companies with access to FREE Lean/Continuous Improvement training programs. In order to participate in this program you must:
- Must work for an establishment in Massachusetts
- Register one month in advance of the class start date
- Your company must provide a Certificate of Good Standing
Project funding is provided by a Workforce Training Fund Grant through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office & Workforce Development. The grant program is administered by the Commonwealth Corporation.
This progressive 3 part program is designed for both new and experienced Lean operators. These courses will provide participants with the skills necessary to implement and support Lean methodology within your organization through a combination of course work and simulations.
The following course is being offered at this time.
Lean Boot Camp for Champions – 72 hours (8 hours per week, 9 weeks)
This program will provide participants with advanced exposure to both Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Participants will delve into Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and Problem Solving methodologies through Design of Experiments, FMEA and utilizing DMAIC processes.Topics will include:
