Attendees of this sanctioned seminar will be able to take the test required for re-certification as a US SAILING Umpire. Participants at the seminar will be required to bring the current Racing Rules of Sailing, and a copy of the appropriate world Sailing Call Book. The seminar will begin at 0830 and last until 1700. The instructor for this workshop will be Bruce Cook. Bruce is an World Sailing International Umpire and Judge; and a US SAILING Umpire and National Judge. Registration is $75 for US SAILING members and includes continental breakfast, snacks and lunch.

Assessments will be available at Oakcliff events thoughout the year with prior arrangements.
